		<description>I am a big advocate of the thank you note and, while I find that they can be difficult  to write, they are well worth it.  This post offers some great suggestions that I hadn&#039;t thought of.  I have heard email versus snail mail debated many time, but why not just ask the interviewer?  That is great advice.
