		<description>I see so many people try to start off No -No # 1 as listed above before they even get into an interview. One guy actually argued with me saying it is best to put a salary requirements page in front of the cover letter because if they won&#039;t entertain that $ salary- why waste your time with an interview. 

I know- a real shocker!! 

So- yes, I fully agree with #6- aim low, play it safe- get the position and in 6 months-after you have really shown your stuff,  they will be giving you as raise due to your abilities and overall work presence!

So before you get to the salary negotiation- and even the interview- make sure your resume is top notch- very strong- and hey with a professional and sleek resume- you just may be offered the salary you want to start with! </description>
