		<description>Nice post!  It&#039;s very true that resume&#039;s today need to be interesting and unique.  Times are tough and in order to get that job, you have to stand out.  The fact that many people are sending out resumes to multiple places and utilizing recruiting services is expected, it&#039;s just a matter of how one&#039;s resume differs from the other.  Sometimes the more interviews, the better prepared you&#039;ll be.  Great job here!  Thanks again for your post.</description>
