- Tailor your resume to each position for which you&#039;re applying. Add in keywords from the company job description, where appropriate, to get yourself to the top of the resume pile in a keyword search conducted by the employer.

- Leave off the objective. It limits you and is usually fluff anyway. 

- Don&#039;t include, &quot;References Upon Request&quot;. This is assumed.</description>
