Better stated:
Your company has been a recognized leader in the industry for 10 years, and I am . . . 

 . . .  intrigued by the opportunity to bring my experience and ABILITIES to you at this time.

 . . . eager to bring my experience and ABILITIES to the table at this time.

No adverbs (highly) no off beat wording, just enthusiasm and clarity.
