Interviewees and employees should wear no fragrance at all. 20% of USA citizens have asthma and wearing cologne, perfume or even fragranced products is abusive. When I used to interview candidates I never hired anyone who wore fragrances. 98% of these products contain chemicals that are bad for the environment in any case and I would not hire someone so selfish that they would wear them. I also don't hire people showing up in a ton of gross makeup, long fingernails, fingernail polish, etc. Gas guzzlers are real turnoffs for me too.

I try to hire only those who show respect for the environment and others. The disrespectful ones can go work in Target or Walmart if they want. That matches their values.
