		<description>Overall I agree with this post.  The point the author makes is the resume is intended to get you a phone call for that interview.  But I must take excpetion to #4.  You say a person should NOT put &quot;seeking a challenging position?  What should they put? Seeking an easy job?  Challenge does not equate long learning curve.  And bieng a self starter has nothing to do with having a challenging job.  You can be a self starter and completely unqualified.</description>
