The point the author makes is the resume is intended to get you a phone call for that interview. But I must take excpetion to #4. You say a person should NOT put "seeking a challenging position? What should they put? Seeking an easy job? Challenge does not equate long learning curve. And bieng a self starter has nothing to do with having a challenging job.
