		<description>Bill - I couldn&#039;t agree with you more.  Many times, in my 20+ year career as a career coach, I have had clients land a job because the initial impressions they made with their cover letter and thank you note were the &quot;tipping points&quot;.

When I get a personal, handwritten, thank you note from someone it goes in a folder so I can go back and reread them when I&#039;m needing a boost or had an especially challenging day. 

Little things really do mean a lot (for those toooo young to remember - there&#039;s a great song entitled &quot;Little Things Mean A lot&quot;.
