		<description>I have only tried employment agencies three times in my life (I&#039;m 63) but all three were bad experiences. They sent me on jobs where mu qualifications were not what the employer wanted. Some employers said that they wouldn&#039;t pay the fees, and wanted me to foot the bill. Etc.

Searching on my own always worked best.  If anybody needs any tips on surviving a layoff, check our site (beyond2009.com).  It is still a work in progress, but much of it is up and running.
