Hi,
I enjoyed reading your article. I just had one comment.
You made a number of references to ‘CV’; however, the ‘CV’ link did not work for me, so I still don’t know what it stands for. May I suggest you spell the acronym before you use it?

FYR- I received the following error message when I clicked on the ‘CV’ link:
Error 404 – Page not found!
The page you trying to reach does not exist, or has been moved. Please use the menus or the search box to find what you are looking for.

I did not continue and call the contact number.
I did not find a ‘search box’ and did not dig through the tool bar to find the applicable menus.
