		<description>Great article Rebecca and I agree. I don&#039;t think that finding work after 40 or 50 is all about &quot;age&quot; either. At this point, you are just more expensive to employers and there are just too many younger people out there that are willing to work for half of what you&#039;re worth. It&#039;s unfortunate, but not hopeless. As Rebecca mentioned, get â€œcurrentâ€ and get â€œcreativeâ€ and you will find a new job. It may take awhile, but eventually you will be working again. And who knows, you may find an even better job than the one you had before!
