All you say is based on your opinion. My resume is excellant. I have sent it to 3 websites. I always get courteous respones from 2 of the 3 websites. I have sent an E-Mail to the wesite that I never get an answer. I told them they have bogus employers.and are wasting my time.I unsubscribed to that site. I apply as a Dental Assistant with 14 years experience.I am very familiar with professional.I would like to welcome you to the real world of Dental Assistant. The Dentists are suppose to pay $18-$20 an hour. Dentists are cheap and they pick and choose who they can pay the least amount. Some Dentists don't know how to interview. I read on the internet from other Dental Assistants that they are terrible business people. Some Dentists have their general manager do the interview . Some of them try to use psychological questions that don't make any sense. Some Dentists are rude and discourteous. If they are sizing me up I am also determining whether I want to work for he or she also.I am currently employed with a female Dentist who is very tempermental and shakes my arm if she thinks I do something wrong.Thats why I am submitting excellant resumes for jobs.I even send a follow up thank you letter.I read followup thank you letters are the professional thing to do. But I read one comment from a Dental Assistant and spoke to several others and they said Forget the Thank You Letters.Dentists don't really care they just need a body. You as well as others might have opinions as to how to write resumes but its not the real world.

Why not try a CV instead of a resume? A CV or "Curriculum Vitae" (the standard in Europe), is an excellent way to market yourself by highlighting major accomplishments and your current status instead of creating a "job graveyard" or redundancy – as the article mentions. Contrary to popular belief, a CV can be used for just about any field -- not just education. For samples, just search "cv samples" using your favorite search engine.
