		<description>Sorry to disagree here.  From the corporate or employer standpoint, just don&#039;t send a cover letter at all.  Either you think I&#039;m stupid and can&#039;t figure out your ability to contribute to my organization OR I am actually stupid.  If it&#039;s the latter, you may not want to work in my organization.  If it&#039;s the former, you&#039;ve just lowered your chances of being taken seriously.   &#039;Better to put your energy in figuring out who in your network can credibly refer you into the organization or hiring manager.</description>
