This should provide your prospective employer with a general summary of your expertise. Try to include specific incidences in which you have helped a client or customer overcome difficult objectives. The more specific you can be with this the better. As a technical support specialist try to highlight team accomplishments in your previous work experience. Include team experiences in which you performed under time constraints and other elements of added pressure.
