		<description>I always did this and it actually always worked! A mentor gave me these exact tips when I was 17.  Dressed properly with the proper shoes (not sexy slingy things!) and using the above techniques gave me the edge!  I could SEE on the faces of the interviewing group their thoughts: &quot;Finally! Someone who really knows how to interview!&quot;
One thing I was told to always do and did was get up at the end and with a big sincere smile and looking them in the eyes, I would shake the interviewers hands and thank them for the interview...and also firmly say while looking into their eyes and still smiling and still in the handshake mode, &quot;I really want this job.&quot;  You cannot imagine how many do NOT say that.

I retired at 29 to become a full-time mother.</description>
