I think it&#039;s a real mistake for new businesses especially, who can&#039;t afford bad hiring decisions.  If you are a new business, interviewing with personality tests &amp; resume keywords is ridiculous.  Likewise, if you&#039;re interested in being seen as more of a human being than a prospect in a pipeline of candidates, maybe consider working for a new &amp; growing company is a better place to look for work?</description>
