Great article. I have also started my own recruitment company after many years in senior management and HR. Having seen many people have no idea on how to professionally interview, I have written an e-book entitled Interview for Success which can be found at www.chillistaffingsolutions.com. I go into interviews with an open mind hoping that I can help the person. Its a real buzz when it pays off. The book Interview for success is designed to help people at all levels, it is a designed as a coaching tool for either candidates or recruitment consultants to use as the mistakes being made in the market are not solely from school leavers. The book covers the basics right through to more detailed yet simple interview strategies. As recruitment specialists, the more advise and coaching we can give our candidates the more sucessful they will be, which in turn makes us successful.
